Twenty-one-year-old Ramesh died and his friend Shiva Shankar, 30, suffered serious injuries when the motorcycle they were riding skidded on the road after hitting a heap of mud near HMT Colony after Monday midnight. Ushering the New Year, the duo consumed liquor and was proceeding from Suraram to Jeedimetla to meet friends when the accident occurred.
